The associate is critical in monitoring processes, recommending AI process improvements, implementing better ways of working, and influencing partners in the same. The Associate is expected to work cross-functionally and globally with all business partners to ensure a strong commitment to excellence & AI innovation. To continuously strive to exceed expectations and drive success in every aspect of our operation. **Purpose of team and role** **:** Our mission is to achieve operational excellence by providing intelligent, secure, and innovative data and document management solutions that uphold the highest quality standards. We streamline complexity through automation, minimize manual effort, and equip teams with the tools and insights needed for informed decision-making and sustainable growth. **Responsibilities** : + Design and implement streamlined data and document workflows that reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity. + Support supplier management for appreciation items. Initiating and following Purchase Order and Invoice Management process. + Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and applications (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps) that enhance clarity, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation. + Help & support the implementation of AI. **Requirements** : + Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate/master’sprogram. + Experience with writing specifications for data formats. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Detail oriented and can prioritise work according to timelines.
