The intern will support the Tenant Representation team in delivering strategic real estate advisory and transaction services to corporate occupiers across office and industrial sectors.

This role provides hands-on exposure to the full commercial leasing cycle, including market research, site identification, financial analysis, lease evaluation, and transaction coordination. Working alongside senior transactors, the intern will deliver analytical and administrative support while gaining direct insight into client advisory processes, negotiations, and high-profile occupier mandates.

The position is suited to individuals interested in pursuing and developing a career in commercial real estate advisory and tenant representation. The internship offers meaningful exposure to the industry with opportunities to build a professional network. Interns who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and commercial aptitude may be considered for continued development within the business following completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct commercial real estate micro and macroeconomic market research across office and industrial sectors.Analyse vacancy trends, rental benchmarks, and market supply and demand dynamics.Compile research summaries and insights for internal teams and client deliverables.

Transaction Support

Assist transaction teams throughout the leasing process, including:

Property longlisting and site identificationCoordinating site inspections and property toursSupporting the development of RFPs (Request for Proposals) to landlordsReviewing and analysing landlord proposalsAssisting with financial lease comparison models and cashflow analysisAssisting with the preparation and production of client presentations, pitch decks and advisory reports (e.g. market studies and strategic real estate recommendations)Supporting lease abstractions and document reviewsCoordinate with internal project teams, brokers and landlords during transactions.

Data Management & Administrative Support

Maintain and update transaction pipeline trackingSupport CRM, property database management, and transaction reportingKYC / FICA coordination

Qualifications & Academic Background

Candidates should possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

Real Estate / Property StudiesBusiness Administration / CommerceFinanceAccountingEconomics

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following tools is required:
