Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

 

Support Customs Compliance team to pull monthly reportSupport customs classification team to pull monthly GIMA reportPerform simple data massaging to identify import shipment that missing the HS code

 

Conduct research and analysis for projectsSupport Customs team to conduct research (online, offline, interviewing people, survey etc.) to collate informationStudy and analyze the data and discuss the outcomes and findings with Customs team

 

Help prepare documentSupport Customs team to draft new process document or update existing process document.  Process document is such as Working Instruction, Process Flow chart etc.Actively engage the respective process team to review the document to ensure accuracy before it is shared and communicated to all stakeholders

 

Support ad-hoc Customs operational activitiesImport duty rate look up1-time data extraction and data massaging
