So, we ask, where will your journey take you? **Intern, Strategy Planning team** This internal consultant role plays a vital part in strategy planning for the transactions team, actively facilitating portfolio conversion initiatives, introducing new brands and supporting strategic projects to the continent - Asia Pacific excluding Greater China. **Why Intern with Us?** + **Real Impact** : As part of the Strategy Planning team, you'll play a crucial role in the development and introduction of new brands across the continent, influencing brand launch initiatives. + **Hands-On Experience** : Gain valuable insights into strategic development and consulting within a global hospitality leader. + **Mentorship** : Work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and learning. **Key Accountabilities:** + Consulting support role for assisting with strategic development and brand launches + Compilation and preparation of competitive intelligence and data + Prepare pitch decks and conduct competitor reviews + Assist with ad hoc reporting, special projects, case studies and presentations requests, and status updates of development projects **What We’re Looking For:** + Education: Undergraduate in Business Management or Hospitality. + Experience: Prior internship experience in hotel management, consulting, or real estate. **Technical Skills and Knowledge** + Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills + Conscientious with an eye for details + Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency + Ability to work on projects independently + Confidence in generating new ideas or ways to approach work assigned + Detail-oriented and effective communicator + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications _Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
