About the Role

The Retail & Commercial Marketing Intern would provide on-ground execution and administrative support to the Local Marketing team.

This role will gain exposure in the planning and execution of marketing and communication and activities, explore business opportunities through online channels especially for cross-border partners entering Vietnam, and facilitate execution through e-Commerce aggregrators.

The role will be responsible for the marketing campaign execution and cross-border distribution through online channels. In addition, the position will be providing advice on the planning and implementation of digital and retail campaign ideas and will be coordinating all aspects of operational workflows and deploying this campaign and have all assets and information to successfully deploy this campaign locally.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Activations

Deploy the on-ground and online marketing campaign event in Vietnam (if any)Coordinate the partners for marketing translation.Support on providing the report and marketing update submission.Administration for documents, paper work and back office routine workResearch on suitable influencers / key opinion leaders (KOLs) for a seeding outreach and work with agencies to collect product from licensees

Cross-border Online Activations

Identify opportunities for cross-border business though online channels/marketplaces in VietnamCoordinate the partners for local operation with aggregatorsSupport on updating trackers and reports

Overall

Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions and campaign reviewsWork with external agency to facilitate and coordinate with staff for campaign.Liaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaignsWork closely with Cross-border Leads and Regional Cross-border team

Requirements:
