In this role, you’ll be responsible for: + Designing and analyzing components or systems to improve product performance. + Conduct testing and validation in a lab setting and creating written reports to ensure product quality. + Contributing to the development of new product features to enhance our product line Every day, you’ll collaborate with: + Product Engineers within the Hydrostatics Division. + Other members of test lab, operations and quality departments. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Working with Product Engineers to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications. + Executing design documentation and support tasks that contribute to the successful production of hydrostatic products. + Contribute to the successful design and testing of product components. + Improve product documentation and support materials **What We're Looking For** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (Power and Machinery). + Strong communication skills. + Strong problem-solving skills + Collaborative, innovative, and focused on continuous improvement. **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
