Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Brillion, WI! This hands-on role will focus on improving key manufacturing processes such as welding, laser cutting, forming, plant layouts, painting, and finishing.

You’ll also play a vital part in supporting ongoing production challenges—making a real impact from day one!

THE DAY TO DAY…

Responsible and accountable for on-going production support of all manufacturing processes

Support, recommend, and research all facets of the assigned manufacturing processes

Evaluate flow and update plant layouts to better facilitate flow

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar OR an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or similar

Must have completed the sophomore year (or equivalent for Associate program candidates) in the major program of study

Possess a thorough understanding of manufacturing discipline

Demonstrated project management experience

Hands-on problem solving
