Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.
**Responsibilities** :
The primary role of the EMS Graduate Associate is to provide excellent contracting and payment support to the external Healthcare Professional (HCPs) as well as the internal affiliate business partner.
+ Act as support to EMS C2P Analysts and Associates on operational tasks including Contracting to Pay queries both from external HCPs and internal business partners.
+ Provide excellent customer experience through the end-to-end execution of the Contract to Pay process in a compliant manner. This includes the pre-contracting data management for the Healthcare Professional.
+ Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process including the pre-contract data management aspects and adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
+ Support daily operations to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs.
+ Support EMS projects with a focus on the Contract to Pay process & pre-contracting data management, as well as the overall EMS team, by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members.
**Requirements** :
+ Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
+ Fluency in English language essential. Fluency in another European language preferred
+ Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
