About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our DevOps team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern software development practices, particularly in DevOps, application packaging, and testing. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects that impact our product and customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in packaging and deployment of applications on target machines in collaboration with internal teams.Support the DevOps team in business-as-usual (BAU) tasks, including governance, license management and documentation.Engage and collaborate with stakeholders during integration and testing phases.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process and operational improvements.Document processes, learnings, and standard operating procedures for future reference.Actively participate in operational ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management (CAB), and Release Management.Assist in user management and subscription creation processes under supervision.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support service delivery and issue resolution.Help teams plan budgets and forecasts on time.

Minimum Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Familiarity with software testing principles and practices.Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., Git, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD) – not mandatory but preferred.Good analytical and communication skills.Proficient in written and spoken English.Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
