Eastpak are looking for an exceptional Intern, Marketing to join our Brand Marketing & Communications team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Start date: October 1st, 2025

Length of contract: 6-month internship, non-renewable

Reimbursement: €1.055,95 gross/month. An additional €250,00 gross/month for candidates relocating from outside Belgium is provided as relocation support

Post-Internship Outlook: while this internship is not designed to transition into a permanent or temporary role, opportunities may arise along the way, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Eastpak is on the lookout for a bold, curious, and engaged individual to join our Global Brand Marketing & Communications team as a Marketing Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, globally recognized lifestyle brand. You’ll support our mission to enable creative self-expression and empower positive movement through PR, social media, influencer marketing, and community initiatives.

As part of the Communications team, you’ll help bring Eastpak’s story to life across multiple channels. From content creation and influencer campaigns to social commerce and community engagement, you’ll gain a 360° view of brand communications in action.


How You Will Make a Difference

Support the daily management of Eastpak’s global social media, community platforms, and PR activities

Assist with influencer engagement and product seeding

Coordinate sample send-outs and tracking for press and influencer partners

Contribute to the growth of emerging social platforms and social commerce initiatives

Support content production and creative shoots

Help compile monthly and quarterly performance reports

Liaise with local agencies to ensure brand consistency and execution

Skills for Success
 

To succeed in this role, you will be:

Creative and passionate about storytelling, digital culture, and community building

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

A strong communicator, fluent in English (written and spoken)

A collaborative team player who can also work independently

Familiar with major social media platforms and trends (bonus if you follow creators or brands doing exciting things)

Curious about culture, fashion, and the role brands play in shaping both

Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business, or a related field
