**The Opportunity**
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Brand Health Accountability Intern to join our Portfolio Health Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Portfolio Health team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.
As part of Hyatt’s Corporate Internship Program, this role delivers a hands-on, skills-based experience designed to accelerate learning, growth, and professional confidence. Interns are embedded within the business, partnering closely with experienced leaders on meaningful, real-world projects that support Hyatt’s strategic priorities. The program includes intentional mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to engage across functions—offering a behind-the-scenes look at how a global hospitality company operates. Interns also have the opportunity to connect with Hyatt’s purpose through participation in World of Care initiatives.

**The Role**
•Prepare and transform large datasets from multiple sources to support recurring reporting and analysis.
•Build and maintain dashboards, models, and monthly reporting deliverables with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
•Translate analysis into clear insights and written summaries to support stakeholder decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
•Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a college or university program, ideally with a focus on Hospitality Business, Psychology, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Experience cleaning, validating, and analyzing large datasets
•Experience translating data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
•Experience managing multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
•Experience using AI tools to support analysis, automate routine tasks, and improve productivity
•Proficient in Python using Pandas for data cleaning and analysis
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), Expert in Excel
**Experience Preferred:**
•Minimum 3.4 GPA desired
•Advanced Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas
•Proficient in Tableau for dashboards and visualizations
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for clear documentation and presentations

_The hourly rate for this position is $21.74 to $24.00. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate._
