Your tasks and responsibilities:• You will support the People & Culture (P&C) team to drive and deliver the People & Culture topics and offerings for Zone ASEAN• You will assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, development, and maintenance of the talent database• You will support the P&C team to identify talent & leadership development needs and implement programs to build leadership and organization capabilities• You will assist the team in driving engagement and DE&I initiatives, as well as rolling out global programs in ASEAN • You will coordinate and assist the preparations of training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date talent data and learning records• You will generate and distribute regular reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making
