How will you make an impact in this role?
The role is responsible for managing and coordinating interactive marketing campaigns to drive new Card acquisitions especially the premium products in online and social space to the business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability on project management, marketing campaign executions and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strong understanding of premium lifestyle offerings and Card privileges, particularly within the travel and dining segmentsSupport planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive Card acquisitions, including MGM (Member-Get-Member) referral initiativesDemonstrate a strong data analytical mindset to derive insights from campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to drive campaign planning and optimizationAssist in creating engaging marketing and social media content, including copywriting and use of content creation toolsConduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the premium Card and referral spaceCoordinate with creative and media agencies to develop marketing materialsWork closely with internal teams and platforms to ensure timely campaign execution and launchSupport post-campaign analysis and reporting to generate insights and recommendations for future campaignsSkills and Qualifications
From marketing/business stream preferred, with strong interest in financial institutions/credit card businessStrong sense in data analysis and report build and consolidationsGood command of written and spoken English & ChineseA proven ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processesA focus on innovation and the desire to own a project from conception through implementation, and evaluationExcellent relationship management skills, and comfort working across various levels within an organization to drive resultsYear 3 or Final Year students are preferred
