The Project Manager will play a key leadership role, working collaboratively with executive management, operations, estimating, site, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery. They oversee construction project controls, including cost forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

About the Position
As a Project Manager, you'll report to the Director of Construction and lead the full life cycle of civil infrastructure projects. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of civil projects, including cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and documentationLead procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors and vendorsCoordinate with internal teams and site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and complianceFacilitate client communications, change orders, and risk mitigationDrive project closeout and conduct debriefs to improve future performanceMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and municipal partnersQualifications
10+ years’ experience in civil construction (earthworks, shoring, underground utilities, roadworks)Degree/diploma in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering preferredSkilled communicator and team leader with a track record of project successProficient in HCSS, Bluebeam, Agtek, Spectrum, MS Project, and Microsoft OfficeCompensation & Benefits
