GDIT is seeking an Intermediate Python Developer . The team member will support maintenance, enhancement and modernization of complex DoD applications. Responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing application code in an Agile Scrum environment. Troubleshoot complex problems in the development environment. Collaborates with multi-site team to identity, resolve and test solutions to issues with Production system.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, another related discipline, or equivalent work experience in the software development field will be considered3+ years of experience developing and supporting Python (Flask experience a plus)7+ years of object-oriented development experience3+ years of MS SQL and T-SQL experienceExperience Agile/Scrum software development environmentSECRET security clearanceStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills

AWS Cloud environmentsDoD system development experienceSecurity+ certification
