Process guardian: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Servant leader: Protect the team from external disruptions, remove blockers, and ensure they have what they need to meet sprint goals.
Product backlog management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized, and ready backlog.
Continuous improvement: Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and ongoing feedback.
Release Management
Pre-launch planning: Prepare and coordinate all pre-deployment activities (change requests, test validation, approvals).
Deployment coordination: Lead “Go/No-Go” meetings and ensure the availability of key resources (developers, QA, Ops) during deployment windows.
Post-launch follow-up: Conduct post-mortems after each release to identify successes and improvement areas. Ensure smooth handover to support and operations teams.
Dependency management: Identify and actively manage dependencies with other initiatives and technical teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
