Intermediate Process Excellence by Lean - C12 - BOGOTA
**The Intermediate Process Excellence** role within Services Operations will be responsible for driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation within the core operations and horizontal support functions. The role's efforts will focus on streamlining workflows, reducing operational cost, improving customer experience and ensuring risk elimination. The role will be responsible for completing process reviews, leveraging Lean and re-engineering methodologies & tooling, delivering data driven decision making and identifying areas that will be benefited by automation and technology enablement.
