Intermediate Process Engineer - C12

The Intermediate Process Engineer is a position responsible for the creation and maintenance of End-to-End Process documentation across Retail Banking and U.S. Consumer Cards. The role will play a key part in the facilitation, build out and development of our Business Process Modeling & Notation (BPMN 2.0) program that enables the strengthening, improvement and Risk Management of processes within these groups. The role will involve aspects of process modeling, data management, process maintenance, as well as procedures and infrastructure work within Process Excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Effectively communicate with individuals across all levels of the organization
+ Demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skillswithexecutive presence
+ Proven ability to completehighly complexprojects on time and within budget
+ Knowledge of core processes and systemsleveragedacross the various functions within the firm
+ Proven ability toleverageprocess management principles to drive efficiencies
+ Well versed in working in and supporting a heavily integrated team environment withvery aggressivetimelines, large workload and high demand for accuracy and quality
+ Knowledge and experience withCEAM,ICRM, Process Mapping, Citi Risk and Controls a plus
+ Self-starter, able tooperatewith minimal direction, with strong work ethic, passion for learning, and a desire toaccomplishtasks with excellence
+ Strong collaboration skills. Able to successfully work with diverse functionalteams andacross multiple markets and geographies.
+ Promotes a culture of teamwork and able to create and foster strong partnerships
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in business process mapping and/or enterprise architecture preferred
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical,interpretiveand problem-solving techniques
+ Proven interpersonal,diplomaticand influencing skills
+ Consistentlydemonstratedclear and concise written and verbal communication
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
