CDM Smith is looking for an Intermediate Marketing & Proposal Specialist to join our team.

As a member of the CDM Smith team, you would contribute to our mission by:

• Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading copy for Middle East-proposals, presentations, reports, statements of qualifications and related marketing materials of a routine nature.
• Emphasizing on clear communication, on-time delivery, quality work, accountability, stakeholder engagement, building trust, and integrity.
• Supporting more senior writers on projects. Ensure an environment prioritizing transparency, trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
• Researching, writing, and updating information for internal database sources, including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualifications materials.
• Ensuring marketing and visual presentation information and files are maintained and up-to-date.
• Responding promptly to requests for marketing materials and information.
• Maintaining reliable, accurate, and high-quality databases for use in marketing and promotional activities.
• Performing other duties as required.
