In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular emphasis on building intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Copilot Studio. You will leverage your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online to create seamless, automated, and user-friendly solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Copilot Studio Development: • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Implement conversational flows and structured prompts to create effective and engaging user experiences. • Integrate Copilot Studio agents with other Power Platform components and external systems. • Develop and maintain custom topics, actions, and knowledge sources within Copilot Studio. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize agent performance using analytics and user feedback. Power Platform Development: • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas) to support custom business applications. • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. • Utilize Dataverse as a supporting data platform where required, ensuring secure data storage, integrity, and governance. • Create and manage custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems. • Build and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and deliver actionable insights. Solution Design and Implementation: • Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective Power Platform solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and strategic goals. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure solution quality and reliability. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and user guides. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers. • Provide technical guidance and support to end users. • Stay current with the latest Power Platform and Copilot Studio features and best practices. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Additional Responsibilities: • Gather requirements from stakeholders and users. • Collaborate with project management and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Recommend design and functionality improvements to enhance user experience. • Follow established change control processes and procedures. • Design, develop, and implement sites, permissions, navigation, forms, workflows, and web parts. • Integrate solutions with other systems and applications. • Support escalated incidents, bug fixes, and enhancements. • Monitor, review, test, and debug applications and solutions. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. • 3 – 5 years of related experience. • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate. • Solid understanding of delegation, performance optimization, and error handling in Power Apps. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, and documentation skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong understanding of development tools, platform limitations, security, and business usage. **Job Title:** Intermediate Applications Developer - Power Platform **Group:** COR **Employment Type:** Regular **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. 3 years of related experience.
