Job Description:
Lead interior design concept development and take ownership of assigned projectsMentor and guide Junior Interior Designers to foster collaborationAssist in client meetings to understand needs and preferences - support client presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedbackDevelop detailed space plans and furniture layouts that optimize functionality and aestheticsLead the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessoriesProduce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using advanced design software to present design concepts effectivelyCollaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals, oversee budgets, conduct site visits, and ensure design integrity during constructionConduct site visits to oversee the implementation of design concepts, address any issues, and ensure adherence to design intentFamiliar with and responsive to the construction of administrative processes such as FRI’s, ASI’s Submittal review and approvalsWork closely with project managers to monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are metQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field3+ years of experience in interior designProven track record of successful project management and design executionProficiency in RevitPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $66560.00/yr.
