ResponsibilitiesCreate space plans, drawings, models, images, material, and mood boards Utilize SketchUp and Enscape for high-level design completionInterpret client program requirements and constraints into design solutions, ensuring they meet client needs prior to presentationIdentify and address any conflicts within the designCoordinate and review with outside consultants for renderings, modeling, and prototypesPresent designs internally and to clientsLead internal project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for constructionQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.6+ years of relevant work experience, specifically custom restaurantsExperience with hospitality projectsProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in schematic design (SD) and design development (DD).Experience with FF&E selections and mentoring junior designers.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
