New and Exciting Opportunities for Interior Designer in NYC! Job Description We are seeking a talented and self-driven Interior Designer to join our Interiors Studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm renowned for its inspired design and thoughtful integration of architecture and interiors. Responsibilities + Lead and support design development from concept through construction documentation. + Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver cohesive, high-quality interiors. + Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes that align with project vision. + Produce detailed drawings, FF&E specifications, and schedules. + Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with vendors. Essential Skills + Minimum years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential or mixed-use projects. + Strong conceptual design skills and a sharp eye for detail. + Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + A degree in Interior Design or related field; NCIDQ certification is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with civic, educational, and healthcare projects. + Ability to work on multi-family and schematic design projects. + Knowledge of Sketchup and FF&E. + Interior architecture expertise. Work Environment The workspace is open and spacious, with plenty of natural light overlooking the water. We offer a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
