Our Pharmacy team is searching for a teammate to support our operations in Atlantic Canada. The Coordinator of Pharmacy Operations Support will actively participate in the prioritization of maintenance request and help facilitate change. Their role is responsible to monitor and report comprehensive metrics for operations efficiencies, process innovation and optimization to Director of Operations, Pharmacy District Managers and Pharmacy Managers. Please note this is a 4 month contract **Here’s where you’ll be focusing:** -Monitor all operational and system changes to ensure pilots and/or deploys are handled effectively with a focus of mitigating risk to the business -Act as an integrator on systems and process training needs -Drive continuous improvement of team analytics by ensuring any operational or system changes that may impact reporting is identified and managed -Monitor and articulate key performance indicators (KPI's) to Pharmacy Manager -Review and ensure adherence to government regulations and pharmacy compliance results included OHS Standards & audits, IHM and Pharmacy CQI's -Continually assess effectiveness of standards and provide feedback for improvement -Collaborate with the Operations and key internal stakeholders (Pharmacy Programs, Continuous Improvements, etc) in the ideation, pilots and curriculum of all new and existing programs. -Work with PDMs and Pharmacy Managers to build knowledge and capability of new learners and under performers -Support Director of Operations and PDM's to assist in the removal of barriers in the execution of superior customer service. **What you have to offer:** -Undergraduate Degree or DEC with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience -Retail pharmacy experience with knowledge of operations, systems and processes -Excellent organizational and decision-making skills -Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite **Who we are:** We started in a small town in Nova Scotia but we are now in communities of all sizes across this great country.
