Job Descriptions:

Report to the Additional TL System;

Responsible for preparing the Project Interface Management Plan;

Manage the interface problems to expedite the construction by coordinating with the Chief Resident Engineer (Civil) and Chief Resident Engineer (Railway System);

Coordinate among the Contractors (CP-01 to CP-09) to establish the integrated construction plan for interfacing and integrating/harmonising;

Be primarily responsible for managing all technical matters related to the civil and system works of Project Monthly Reports, Final Reports, and Design Criteria (Design Build Contract) for interfacing and integrating/harmonising;

Ensure that the detailed design, specifications, standards and codes proposed by the Railway Systems Contractors comply with the Employer’s Requirements and Contract documents;

Preparing all technical matters related to the rolling stock of Project Monthly Reports, including Final Reports and Design Criteria for Interfacing and integrating/harmonising;

Assist the Client in making Contractors' design interface coordination and recommend measures to eliminate or mitigate potential conflicts and claims aiming to make integration/harmonisation in various elements in the Project in terms of construction, operation and maintenance of the Project and

Prepare standard/guidelines, template, interface management sheet, etc., for the Contractor(s) to manage the project's overall interfacing.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil engineering or equivalent areas

Must have a professional qualification as a electrical or mechanical or civil engineer or other applicable professional qualifications

Must have proficiency in English

15 years of professional experience, with 10 years of experience in project management and supervision of international large-scale underground and/or elevated metro projects, and 2 years of work experience in outside Expert’s country

Having Experience working on two projects financed bymultilateral or bilateral development partners/banks

Having experience in interface management for at leastone similar nature project
