ResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSE
Dynamic Energy seeks an Interconnection Manager to support the development of its distributed generation pipeline.
This position reports to the Director of Interconnection and will work closely with development and EPC teams to optimize the interconnection of Dynamic’s pipeline of distributed generation projects. The Interconnection Manager will drive interconnection progress in alignment with Dynamic’s business objectives across multiple markets, leveraging their strong understanding of tariffs and relationships with utility staff while minimizing interconnection costs and delays.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management of utility interconnection processes for Front-of-the-Meter and Behind-the-Meter DG projects from interconnection application to operationEvaluation of interconnection risk for new opportunities as well as later-stage projects, including interpretation of public utility queue data to inform application submission strategyExpertise in utility tariffs, system design, and utility technical standardsOwnership of utility relationships and monitoring of utility performance to tariff deadlinesSupervision of interconnection schedule and payments, including periodic updates and summaries of all active projects to managementSkilled interpretation of technical interconnection studies and ability to distill and communicate critical insights to all stakeholders Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience
3-5 years’ experience in utility interconnectionEducation
Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree in business or policy is preferredAdditional Requirements

This position may be remotely based with periodic travel to the Philadelphia, PA headquarters
The expected starting pay range for this role is $78,000 - $112,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Dynamic’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
