Job Description
As an Interconnection Coordinator, you will collaborate with corporate and construction site teams to manage submittals and interconnect deliverables with Transmission Owners, Operators, and Power Purchase Agreement Clients. You will review agreements, compile deliverables, track due dates, and provide routine reporting to stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in weekly meetings regarding GIA status and support team success through various administrative tasks. In this role, you can expect between 40-50 projects per year.
Responsibilities
+ Review Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements to develop a comprehensive list of deliverables for review.
+ Import deliverables into project controls software for action and tracking purposes.
+ Provide weekly and monthly reports on interconnect submittal status and critical paths to meet PPA and IA dates.
+ Prepare and follow up on reports and meetings related to GIA Interconnection Dashboard with Transmission Services.
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Unifier (Oracle-based project controls software) for GIA/PPA agreement task imports and updates.
+ Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in engineering, transmission, and renewable energy.
+ Proficiency in interpreting and managing deliverables for Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements.
+ Strong organizational skills to manage critical deliverables with external transmission entities.
+ Excellent personal skills to establish professional relationships with internal entities.
+ Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with Unifier (Oracle-based project controls software).
+ Experience in utilities and interconnection processes.
+ Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements and Interconnect Agreements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $52.00/hr.
