For instant consideration, apply now! **Job Summary:** Interconnect employee specialized in small /micro components responsible for the Assembly and Soldering of engineering prototypes that are in the process of being transferred to production lines. **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; off every other Friday. **Responsibilities:** + This task requires integration skills for small components such as capacitors, coils, feed-thru pins, IC chips and others. Assembly requires the use of Microscopes, soldering irons, hot plates, and small hand tools. This position also requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. + Manual Pick and Place of all components including capacitors, coils, toroids, substrates, solder paste, shields, screens and others. Reflowing these assemblies on a hotplate. Reworking/making changes by hand with soldering iron. Assembling per procedures, standard work, written, and verbal instructions.
