**Where is the work:**
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
**What you will do: **
+ Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
+ Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
+ Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
+ Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
+ Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
+ Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
+ Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
+ Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

+ Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics
+ Energy and utility knowledge preferable
+ Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members
+ Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems
+ Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams
+ Can work independently and on a team effectively
**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**
$77,963.33 - $109,340.00
