About the Role As an Intelligent Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing high-tech, automated manufacturing systems. This position blends engineering, data analysis, and strategic planning to enhance production efficiency and drive innovation across the fab. What You’ll Do + Analyze equipment performance and dispatching logic to ensure smooth process flow. + Maintain and improve scheduling systems to support fab capacity and operational goals. + Lead multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Develop planning tools that align production output with customer demand. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robotic systems and informatics tools meet performance standards. + Oversee daily operations for Manufacturing Specialists to meet production targets. + Own and optimize a section of the wafer production line—identify gaps, solve root causes, and implement improvements. + Present insights and long-term strategies in daily team meetings. What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field. + 1–3 years of relevant experience (4–5 years preferred for candidates with semiconductor backgrounds). + Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and optimization algorithms. + Proficiency in Excel and SQL for large-scale data analysis. Preferred Skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. + Leadership experience and the ability to coordinate across teams. + Independent problem-solving and curiosity-driven thinking. + Strong planning and organizational abilities. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Work Environment This role is based in a fully automated production setting. You’ll primarily work from a computer, analyzing data and driving improvements—minimal time on the manufacturing floor is required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
