This role is responsible for developing and implementing business process automations against existing Emerson business systems and will support the decision-making process that defines which automation tool is most efficient for the needed business solution. The Intelligent Automation Lead is instrumental driving and delivering sustainable improvements intended to result in improved customer focus, increased delivery performance and optimized internal business processes. You will be analyzing and understanding business process requirements across all aspect of the Customer Care Functions and you will be a key member of the Business Transformation & Optimization team. This role requires proactivity with strong technical skills in automation, problem-solving abilities and effective stakeholder management to drive impactful IA strategies. **In this role your responsibilities will be:** + Define, Design, Implement and Enhance Intelligent Automation Solutions aimed at improving cost efficiency, cycle time, and quality. + Translate user requirements into documented automated solutions + Develop automation processes using available IA software, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Robocorp, UiPath, Python Scripting, Azure & Cloud Services, AI technologies, etc. + Implement APIs effectively, translating outputs into actionable insights + Coach and support developers (within the team or outsourced resources and consultants) on design, build, and testing. **Who you are:** You utilize systems and technology to stay on track. You are able to operate independently and in a team, and establish effective working relationships.
