In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI and automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI Foundry, Power Platform, and automation, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving technological advancements. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Design, implement and support Artificial Intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies to tackle, automate, and optimize business processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows. + Develop, compose, deploy, and offer support for Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). + Integrate various data sources and services within the Power Platform ecosystem to build cohesive solutions. + Communicate complex AI concepts and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, training, and reports. + Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and AI technologies. **Who You Are:** You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. + Fluent in English, both written and verbal. + At least 1 year of Artificial Intelligence development experience is required. + Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies such as AI Agents. + Strong programming skills in programming languages such as Python and C#. + Experience with Azure AI services and other cloud-based AI platforms. + Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. + Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities + Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles is desired. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. + Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. + Knowledge of APIs and AI tools. + Microsoft Power Platform certifications. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
