As an Intelligent Automation Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to experience a breadth of assignments as well as the opportunity to work with various functional area teams across North America.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes Ability to implement the full lifecycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools and techniques Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Robocorp / Sema4.ai, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Noetix Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies Utilize Scrum agile project management framework Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes Employ change management techniques as we implement new and improved processes Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort Actively participate in team meetings, offering valuable insights and ideas to tackle complex problems Work closely with team to deploy projects into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer Create training documents and support training events and workshops Provide beginner level training to others Other duties, as needed Consistently demonstrate a strong passion for learning and growth, remaining open to feedback and new experiences Earn certifications in relevant software and technology platforms to expand your technical prowess, such as Microsoft, Python, Robocorp / Sema4.ai, and Intelligent Automation Who You Are: You balance planning with action.  You think about multiple ways to get the same outcome.
