The Intelligent Automation and Operational Effectiveness Manager is responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI agents and automation solutions leveraging M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise AI tools available at IQVIA. This role operates across different business, operational and technical areas, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and delivering impactful AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Essential Functions
• Identify, consolidate, and refine business processes and workflows suitable for AI automation across GBO, CBO, and R&DS, translating requirements into scalable AI agent solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related platforms.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI agents and automation tools that address business challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation in partnership with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and end-users to gather requirements, prioritize AI use cases, and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within existing systems and workflows.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed AI agents, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and emerging technologies to maximize impact and adoption.
• Document AI solution architectures, development processes, and best practices, and deliver clear presentations and training materials to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, M365 Copilot, and automation trends to proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions supporting IQVIA’s business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in AI development, automation, or related functions, with demonstrated knowledge in building and deploying AI agents using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable enterprise AI tools.
• Proven proficiency in AI agent design, workflow automation, and solution deployment within global business environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating across functional teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Advanced English skills (this job is part of a global area).
