The Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Development Manager leads our team of UiPath RPA developers and expand our automation capabilities across the organization. This role will focus on using the right tools for the right problems, guiding departments in best practices, and collaborating with solution architects to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
About YouKnowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:
Understanding of RPA tools with hands on experience preferredUnderstanding of no/low code development with hands on experience preferred, particularly with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform and Teams-based solutionsStrong understanding of business process analysis and solution design. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in cross-functional teams and guiding non-technical users in low-code development.Education:
Associate degree in a technology-related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.License/Certifications:
UiPath Certified RPA Developer Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or higher Agile or ScrumExperience:
5+ years of experience in automation, application development, or solution architecture. 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
