Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Intelligence Technical Advisor to support strategic growth and technical engagement efforts within the Combatant Commands, with an initial focus on INDOPACOM. This role is ideal for a senior intelligence professional with recent executive-level experience in Combatant Command J2 operations, particularly within INDOPACOM.

Key Responsibilities

Advise Capture and Proposal teams with subject matter expertise on Combatant Command J2/JIOC operationsContribute to solution development, bid strategy, win themes, and proposal reviewsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape competitive technical solutionsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)Facilitate customer meetings and support call plans to strengthen relationships and drive growthServe as a contributing author for technical responses to government RFPs and RFIsTranslate complex intelligence concepts into clear, compelling content for diverse audiencesEnsure alignment of written responses with proposal requirements and strategic objectivesConduct in-depth analysis of national security issues and defense policyPrepare detailed technical reports and deliver briefings to government customersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality analytical productsEnhance deliverable products by integrating hyperlink functionality for improved usabilitySupport ongoing innovation in technical documentation and presentation

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence, Military Strategic Studies, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of intelligence experience5+ years of recent experience within INDOPACOM J2 (within the last year)2+ years of experience in another Combatant Command J2Prior service at the O6 level (or civilian equivalent) within INDOPACOM J2Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI polygraph if required

Preferred Qualifications

 Prior experience as the INDOPACOM J2 Executive Director.

Pay Range:Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00
