The Opportunity: 

As a CACI Intelligence Site Lead, you will manage teams of Intel Analysts, Operations Integrators, and Sensitive Activities Planners supporting USCENTCOM. Your team will focus on providing subject matter expertise, analysis, and planning to support critical operations and enhance situational awareness, enable rapid decision-making, improve current and long-term IO & IW planning and facilitate the synchronization of IO with USCENTCOM’s mission partners. 

 

You will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and developing your staff of Analysts, Integrators, and Planners while also providing guidance and work leadership to subordinate leaders within your project.   

  

You will oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities. You will initiate new requirement processes, organize, and implement program methodologies, ensure inputs are coordinated from functional and technical personnel.   

 

Additionally, you will assist in the Process Improvement and Quality Control (QC) processes for the program and with the associated tasks and responsibilities including identifying, analyzing, measuring, and implementing improved processes and workflows for the program. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Provide operational intelligence services that include the full range of intelligence functions to address Information Related Capabilities (IRC) requirements.  

Deliver various intelligence reports and products enabling the Government in collecting, analyzing, disseminating, de-conflicting, and cataloguing actionable information. 

Participate in the development of intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities to align collections and provide feedback to influence activities. 

Facilitate the de-confliction that underpins intelligence gain/loss and political and military assessments. 

Participate in the development of intelligence for inclusion in command collection plans facilitating planning, execution, and feedback for measures of performance and measures of effectiveness. 

Incorporate information-related capabilities and sensitive activities into operations orders, annexes, and evaluation/assessment plans. 

Coordinate, consolidate, submit, and track intelligence requirements across IRCs. 

Qualifications: 

Requires an active TS/SCI 

Bachelor degree OR 5 years of direct relevant intelligence analysis experience PLUS Minimum of 4 years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent such as USMC 0204, 0210, 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF –1N7X1 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N4X1 Intelligence Fusion Analyst 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

Master's degree 

Experience in both C-VEO and Integrated Deterrence applying multiple intelligence functions (HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, OSINT, or all source analysis)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,800 - $199,700
