**Job Description**
BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Washington DC as part of a national strategic effort in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency s (DIA) Strategic Planning and Response for China (SPARC) program. As part of this effort you will be contributing to the integration of resources that are needed to compete with, deter, and if necessary defeat the Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Position Description:
+ Intelligence Planner employs intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist inthe integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection,analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and effortsacross the DoD.
+ Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to, development ofcampaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning inaccordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).
+ Additionally, planners assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibilityassessments within the planning process.
+ Develops and maintains contractor support plans in response to CMG generated scenarios,based on Theater plans and emerging requirements, developing a weighting approach torecommend which effort receives the highest priority and the likely timeline for staffing.
+ Conduct deliberate or crisis action planning for the integration of contractor capabilities intotheater priority plans and emerging requirements.
Required Experience:
+ Minimum 20 years of relevant management experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education:
+ Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Required Qualities:
+ Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
+ Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
+ Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
+ Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
+ Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
+ Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
