Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Collection Manager to support our customer in McDill AFB, Florida. (Deployed) Essential Job Duties Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to collaborate across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing and validating collection requirements for the customer. Manage SAP and similar compartmented projects in support of special operations Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, the execution of collection plans, and strategies to provide intelligence to customers. Assess the value of collected intelligence versus the customers’ needs. Manage data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings. Identify collection gaps, assess collection options, and provide recommended solutions. Minimum Requirements 12 years of intelligence analysis experience, with 5 years of experience at the operational level 5 years of collection management experience Active In-Scope TS/SCI Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. May be required to deploy and provide the necessary on-site technical and functional support at OCONUS locations within the USCENTCOM AOR to meet service components and JTF/CJTF high priority intelligence collection management requirements in support of U.S. and coalition force operations.
