Here’s what you will do:
Support the development, implementation and continual improvement in the following areas as they pertain to GTM Integrity & Risk Management:
Provide support for Internal Audits and External Inspections (e.g. PHMSA, CER, etc.) to ensure Inspection Readiness and ensure Action Items closed.
Coordinate Document and Records Management and the coordination of the DMOC (Document Management of Change) process.
Lead Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management for GTM Integrity & Risk Management.
Support development and tracking.
Verification of evidence and support closure.
Support on performance metrics and required reporting.
Update legal register for U.S. and Canada.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and best practices to ensure compliance and improve audit & inspection processes.
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 4+ years of experience directly related to Engineering and Integrity for Pipeline, Facilities, and/or Storage for Natural Gas.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated technical writing ability.
Excellent computer and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills.
Preferred Assets:
Engineer in Training.
Experience with internal audit and regulation.
Expertise in PowerBI, Co-pilot and SharePoint.
Expertise in relevant pipeline industry regulations, specifically 49 CFR Part 192, 49 CFR Part 195 and the Canadian Onshore Pipeline Regulations.
Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.
Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to promote commitment and readiness.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Under 5% travel.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
