Labcorp is hiring an Integration Lead. The Integration Lead is responsible for serving as a technology expert on architecting Integration solutions using various Integration tools, specifically Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS and API Management. The person should ensure technical integrity and a consistency of provided solutions. This person is mandated to have hands-on experience in implementations and delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + This individual will be the Lead for all Integration solutions primarily using TIBCO technology but also using other integration technologies to provide scalable and robust solutions. + This is a hands-on position and will require the incumbent to be actively involved in architecting and implementing all Integration based solutions within Labcorp, mainly using TIBCO BW, Tibco EMS and other Integration tools. + Experience integrating and managing Data Integration solutions under a hybrid model. + Work with other IT groups to understand and interpret overall technical needs as they pertain to Data Integration solutions and translate them into tangible solutions. + Good communication and documentation skills to convey vision to a variety of stakeholders. + Document the technical solution to address the defined process needs. Working knowledge of documentation as it pertains to the requirements from Quality and Compliance is required. + Participate and direct the development team and IT staff as appropriate in the design of solutions. + Collaborate with other technical areas to integrate across tiers, platforms, and responsibilities. + Works with product vendors in understanding the future TIBCO ESB product roadmaps to prioritize by collaborating with application teams + Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. + Plan and conduct various levels of integration testing. + Manage technical aspects of application to ensure timely and effective implementations. + Understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps. + Ensure IT meets all SLA-mandated requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** + Minimum 10 years of experience working in application integration space with at least 6 years in a development team lead role + Solid experience for coding, implementation and deployment. + Expertise in Business Studio and other integration development tools. + Experience in writing micro services and containerized code. + Experience with packaging and deployments (TFS, JIRA, SonicQube, Maven, Nexus, etc.). + Understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, etc. + Experience setting up and executing best practices as it pertains to support and operations. + Hands-on experience including design, development and delivery of successful projects. Experience conducting and managing operations and support is also desired. + Hands on experience in writing complex SQL (may include queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc.) in the course of development and debugging issues. + Architecture experience using the Integration stack to providing scalable and robust Data Integration solutions. + Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies (Operating Systems, security, network, storage etc.) especially as it pertains to managing firewall and security in the secure file transfer arena. + Excellent problem solving, decision-making and continuous improvement skills and mindset. + Excellent communication skills. + Adaptability of mind set to changing technological landscapes and a quick learner. + Demonstrated ability to predict and prevent obstacles. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve effective service delivery. + Ability to effectively influence teams and individuals. **PREFERRED EXPEREINCE** + Current or previous Labcorp experience. + An understanding of integration based technologies. + 10+ years overall in the field of Data Integration. + Some level of coding in Java. **EDUCATION** + Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
