Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Integrations Specialist to join our Global Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning newly acquired customers into our business by executing standardized integration processes and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will join a winning, global team of over 26,000 teammates that embraces diversity and innovation, acting as the vital bridge between our new clients and internal operations to ensure a consistent and supportive transition experience. **What You’ll Do** + **Execute Integration Workflows:** Lead newly acquired customers through established playbooks and automation tools to ensure all integration milestones are completed accurately and on schedule. + **Facilitate Stakeholder Communication:** Partner with internal sales, product, and operations teams to deliver clear, consistent guidance and support to customers throughout their onboarding journey. + **Solve Complex Transitions:** Analyze customer challenges during the transition period to implement effective solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards while minimizing disruption to the client. **What You’ll Bring** + **1+ years of experience** in a high-volume customer service or support role, preferably within a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. + **Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems** and ticketing platforms, with a high degree of comfort learning new software quickly. + **Proven ability in problem-solving and time management** , specifically the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues and follow detailed processes with high accuracy. + **High school diploma or equivalent** required (some college education is preferred). + **Advanced English** proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is essential.
