It’s an exciting time to be a part of H&R Block! What you'll do... H&R Block is looking for an Integration Manager to lead the onboarding and transition of newly acquired firms. This role is hands-on, especially during ramp-up periods and tax season, involving regular site visits to prospective acquisition targets and newly integrated offices. You’ll serve as the primary liaison, conducting discovery meetings, and guiding post-acquisition integration. From coordinating business changes to managing budgets and timelines, you’ll ensure a smooth transition that aligns with H&R Block’s standards and strategic goals. Day to day, you'll... + Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned program(s) including coordinating the business change + Act as a single point of contact for assigned program(s) + Work in partnership with business leaders to obtain and commit necessary associate resources at the appropriate time, level, and expertise to support the projects required to support the program + Deliver programs on time and on budget with superior quality + Provide regular status updates to leadership teams + Monitor and mitigate project/program risks + Ensure completion of program deliverables + Manage the project budget, putting in place financial disciplines and ensuring execution to meet or beat budget + Matrix leadership and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others + Matrix leadership and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others + Influence and drive adoption of new ideas and processes + Lead change management efforts and enhance collaboration across multiple stakeholders/groups + Responsible for delivery of project components All eligible applicants must reside in Central or Eastern time zone(s). Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay Range $91,000.00 - $145,600.00/Yr.
