This role is hands-on, especially during ramp-up periods and tax season, involving regular site visits to prospective acquisition targets and newly integrated offices. You’ll serve as the primary liaison, conducting discovery meetings, and guiding post-acquisition integration. From coordinating business changes to managing budgets and timelines, you’ll ensure a smooth transition that aligns with H&R Block’s standards and strategic goals. Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
