Job Description An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire an Integration Manager in the Toledo, OH area. This person will be responsible for taking new products and technology improvements from the R+D team and ensuring production success in the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10 years of experience with thin-films process engineering and has worked in highly matrixed organizations. Success for this role is based on meeting on-time product deadlines and implementing successful new technologies into production. This role does require in-person office time in the Toledo, OH area, however there is some limited remote work flexibility. We can offer a salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus performance bonuses for this opportunity. Exact compensation may differ depending on education and years of experience. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree required in engineering (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred)  - Master's or Ph.D. in engineering strongly preferred (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred)  - 10+ years of professional experience working in process engineering, process development or integration management - proven ability to implement new thin-film technologies into production, increase yield, and improve product reliability.  - Strong data analysis skills - experience with SPC, Multivariate Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Regression Analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE)  - Experience with statistical software tools such as JMP  - Must have experience in large, matrixed organizations and proven experience coordinating multiple competing departments to rally around a common goal.
