POSITION SUMMARY: The Integration Learning & Design Specialist is responsible for delivering instructor-led (onsite and virtual) training on the Integration technical features and functional aspects of all solutions to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners, provide associates the abiltiy to do their jobs, and to ensure clients are prepared for their initial and on-going utilization of the multiple-product offerings, features, and support services. The Learning & Design specialist also conducts new hire orientation/organizational overview sessions, and participate on rotational training assignments as required. The Learning & Design Specialist will also provide input to the instructional design team for enhancements and updates to existing training curriculum and may participate in the instructional development process by testing/editing materials and by providing feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks. In addition, the Learning & Design Specialist will also be asked to provide consultative input to using a big picture view of client and associate needs/gaps in relation to task focus and completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding: • New hire onboarding administration: capturing new hire names, adding to MyL2L, invite to live trainings, add to Webex groups, Sharepoint, collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand the individual needs, depending on the new hire’s background (internal, external, experience). • New hire induction: live welcome session & overview of learning curriculum, Q&A, 2 more checkpoints in the first 90 days. Ensure a buddy is available for role-based training, because we have no role-based training in MyL2L today. • Annual review of onboarding curriculum, assessments and updating as necessary • Creating integration related content in MyL2L for role-based curriculum Learning: • Develop content related to: SuccessFactors to GV and Celergo integrations. Include SAP relevant content for integrations. Roles: Global Solution Designer, Implementation Consultant for Integrations, Service Integration consultant and Global Integration Advisor. Note: these requirements have been shared in July. • Develop content related to: Workday to GV and Celergo integrations. Roles: Global Solution Designer, Implementation Consultant for Integrations, Service Integration consultant and Global Integration Advisor. • Ad-hoc training request fulfillment: collaborate with team managers to design & facilitate sessions on a content of their choice (=need). Examples are often technical in nature, like Celergo Staging environment or CPI mapping but others could be escalation handling, client change requests etc. Help the facilitators to improve their presentation, delivery, interaction and audience engagement. Communication & Change Management: Continuous engagement of associates through communication channels of Webex, SharePoint announcement or newsletters, design, organize, staff and deliver bi-weekly All Hands calls, quarterly Town Halls (full organization of those, agenda, speakers, prepping the content with the speakers etc.). Knowledge Management: Collaborate closely with the EKM team, promote knowledge sharing. Collaborate with SME’s and onboarding ‘buddies’ in the GIC teams to understand and document their onboarding content and reinforce the importance of on-the-job-learning and coaching.
