Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of MS/APIS for B2C/B2B products in our organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of integration specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of integration engineers, in the development of Microservices/API components
Identify and solve impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver, escalating issues when necessary.
Track and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage and track all high-integrity commitments, ensuring teams meet their delivery targets.
Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress to stakeholders.
Coach teams to improve collaboration and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good general understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed, and delivered to customers.
Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics.
At least 2 years of experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role (3+ years).
Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the Banking Industry (a plus).
Ability to understand the business need and provide solutions to meet that need.
