Integration Data Analysis Contractor – Tress & Workday

**Overview**
Seeking a Mexico-based data analyst to align HR data across Tress and Workday. You’ll map current state data architecture, data flows, spot gaps and redundancies, and standardize architecture to support our integration.
**Responsibilities**
+ Map data flows across Tress HR systems and Workday
+ Identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and gaps
+ Propose and help implement data harmonization with Workday
+ Gather requirements and validate findings with HR IT and business teams
+ Design integration strategies to ensure consistent accurate Workday data
+ Document current and future state architectures processes and data dictionaries
+ Report progress and present findings to project leadership
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s in computer science information systems data analytics or related field
+ 3+ years in HR data analysis system integration or similar roles
+ Strong knowledge of Tress HR systems and Workday architecture
+ Experience in data mapping transformation and harmonization projects
+ Proficient in SQL Excel and data visualization tools
+ Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
+ Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+ Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
**Preferred**
+ Experience with large-scale HR system migrations or integrations
+ Familiarity with ETL tools and data governance frameworks
+ Knowledge of Mexican labor and HR data compliance requirements
+ Experience with TRESS and Workday
**Additional**
+ Occasional travel within Mexico may be required
