An Integration Consultant is a technology professional focused on consulting, designing, and implementing client integration solutions consistent with industry best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, provide high availability, and above average performance. The Integration Consultant also participates in consulting on the construction, testing and support of ADP Canada integration solutions and projects, acting as an Integration Subject Matter Expert and Mentor throughout the process.
This role supports implementation, service, and sales (Canada and Cross Border) along with ADP clients nationally for integration activities providing Consulting, Scope effort/cost estimation and Delivery on proposed solutions.
The Integration Consultant is accountable for overall integration project results (meeting commitments on cost, functionality, timelines, and quality) and ensuring that actions, deliverables, solutions, and/or advice are in line with established business objectives.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Participates as a key contributor in the analysis of client business needs as well as in the implementation of process, programs, technology, and procedures to address them. Serves as a liaison between and among regional and group staff departments to analyze business requirements based on comprehensive scope of work/needs analysis. Responsible for delivering key components of the SOW and maximizing and optimizing ADP solutions. Serve as an end-to-end product/process client subject matter expert (Recruitment, HR, Time, Benefits, Investments, Payroll, GL, Reporting, 3rd Party Integration) For select projects, may function in a project lead capacity with respect to coordinating and overseeing the work of less experienced HCM Business Analysts. Participate in client demo of integration solution as required by preparing demo material and/or presenting. Monitors and reports the status of assigned projects/SOW's including identifying any issues which might delay results or deliverables. Perform review of client’s current integration strategy and provide recommendations for improvement based on industry best practices. Plan, manage and Coordinate project activities with client and ADP resources to achieve desired results. Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary to achieve desired results. Lead and participate in configuration, testing, rollout, and support activities for integration solution by acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager Conduct Proof-of-Concept activities to test new technologies or integration architectural designs for acceptable functionality, scalability, availability, and performance results. Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of all ADP product offerings and related functional capabilities and processing workflows. Research and maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of integration points with external vendor products requiring integration with ADP products. Function as the SME for knowledge on integration strategy with external vendor products. Research and define best practices and standards for integration solutions. Provide product feedback and recommendations to product management based on client experience in integration projects.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
3 years of experience with NAHCM or Autopay WorkforceNow payroll and mainframe (WFMgr also preferred). 3 years of business consulting and/or HCM/ERP integration experience. Knowledge of technology trends, development tools and software development life cycle. Strong knowledge of Project Management techniques. Advanced presentation, written and oral communication skills. Very Strong analytical skills to interpret and develop functional and technical specifications on an individual basis and in collaboration with other departments. Strong facilitation skills with ability to close issues by acting as a mediator and supporting negotiations leading to win-win resolutions. Strong Impact & Influence skills with ability to gain the respect of peers, to influence without authority, and to build strong positive relationships with project team members and colleagues. Detail oriented – ability to drill down to the finest detail to ensure quality of solutions and code. Knowledge of all phases of software implementation including management, business process re-engineering, data conversion.Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Analysis/Information Technology or equivalent education and experience Advanced Knowledge of ADP Product architecture front-end/back-end and programming standards (database and file structures, application program interfaces, real time, and batch processing methodologies).
