Job DescriptionResponse for the Inertial or Pressure sensor characterization tasks in the MEMS sensor development phase by co-work with global development team within a product project team.Review sensor performance requirements and feedback to System-TeamDerivation of test specification (Flow-Chart) for characterization and qualification on product levelDrive test readiness (HW, SW, Lab-availability, Evaluation-Toolchain, MSA, Master-Tracker etc.)Test data evaluationRoot-cause analysis in case of sensor issuesPreparation of I&T related customer communicationSpecification and execution of system integration testsSupporting set-up of production-related test procedures (e.g. final test and Ongoing Reliability Test)Define future test methodologies and align with stakeholders (e.g. metrology, data evaluation toolchain etc.)

QualificationsMaster degree in MEMS sensor design or semiconductor development related fieldFluent English in written and verbal3 years or more experience as related role in a global development project is preferredFamiliar with semiconductor technology and products (Fab, Assembly, Test)Familiar with MEMS technology and products (especially Gyro, Acceleration, Pressure)Programming skills in Python and/or MatlabGood problem-solving skillsKnowledge in statistics and data aggregation (e.g.Tableau, Spotfire)Knowledge of MEMS sensor C&Q/Reliability tests, i.e. definition of KPIs, test profile design, typical issues during testing, cause-effect relationship etc.Understanding of the sensor communication protocolsGood coordination, collaboration and communication skills (Incl. customer communication)
