Job Title: Integration and Test Engineer
Job Description

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will run and architect the System Integration Labs (SILs) across various programs. You will ensure that simulation hardware and test plans align with program requirements and deliverables. You will define what system integration and test setup should look like, determine necessary tools and equipment, and support testing through every phase from design to integration to operations.

ResponsibilitiesArchitect and oversee the System Integration Labs (SILs) across different programs.Ensure simulation hardware and test plans match program requirements and deliverables.Define system integration and test setup, including necessary tools and equipment.Support testing through every phase from design to integration to operations.Acquire equipment and coordinate the build, assembly, and installation of SIL equipment and harnesses.Develop and support test plan and procedure development.Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Essential SkillsExperience in integration and test procedures.Knowledge of satellite systems.Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with space vehicles, satellite ground systems, or satellites.Work Environment

This role is based in a lab environment with an open office setting. The position follows a 9/80 schedule, offering every Friday off, along with unlimited PTO. The organization hosts regularly scheduled social events such as Top Golf, happy hours, and Rapids games. You will have the opportunity to support multiple programs and lead all integration and test activities for the space division, with the freedom to architect the integration and test team as well as procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
